Where your leads go

When a homeowner fills out the form on your site:

• The lead is emailed to the lead email in Business info. Reply to the email to reach the homeowner if they gave their email.
• The lead is saved in Leads in your dashboard. You can download all your leads as a spreadsheet.

Leads from your site belong to you. Leadzolo doesn't sell or share them.

Changing your lead email

If you change it to an address other than your login email, we send a confirmation link to the new address. Leads keep going to the old address until you click it.

Not getting lead emails?

• Check your spam folder and mark the email as not spam.
• Check your lead email in Business info.
• Your leads are always saved in Leads, even if an email doesn't arrive.

Calling and texting sellers

Your form asks homeowners to agree to be contacted by your company, including by automated calls and texts. Follow the rules that apply to you, honor opt-out requests, and keep your own records.
